We deliver in Germany free of shipping charges from a value of goods of €100.00.
In the case of purchases under €100.00 we charge a shipping fee of €5.00.
Austria
We deliver to Austria free of shipping charges from a value of goods of €500.00. In case of purchases under €500.00 we charge a shipping fee of €8.50.
International - European Union
We deliver free of shipping charges in the following EU countries from a value of goods of €500.00.
Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus (excluding the northern part), the Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding the Åland Islands), France (excluding overseas territories and departments), Greece (excluding Mount), Great Britain (excluding the Channel Islands), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands (excluding territories outside of Europe), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), and Sweden.
In the case of purchases below a value of goods of €500.00, we will charge €15.00 for shipping in the EU countries named.
International - Switzerland
We deliver on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis free of shipping charges in Switzerland from a value of goods of €500.00. The import sales tax payable in Switzerland as well as possible customs duties and customs charges will be charged to the receiver in Switzerland. In the case of a value of goods under €500.00, delivery will take place via DHL Standard for €15.00 (delivery time 8-10 working days) or, optionally, DHL Premium for €22.50 (delivery time approximately 3-6 working days).
International - USA - Kuwait - United Arab Emirates - Russia
We will deliver on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis in the above-named countries. The billing will take place on a net basis without German VAT. The import sales tax payable when importing into the respective country, as well as any possible customs duties or customs charges will be paid by the recipient in the respective country. The delivery will take place via DHL Premium for €35.00 (delivery time approximately 4-8 working days). From a value of goods of €1,000.00, we will deliver in the named countries free of shipping charges.
